Make your way down and break the next window in the same manner you broke the first one. Send up the platform and switch back to Anakin. Use your Clone Trooper to grapple and slide down the cord. Then, muscle up the Force to remove the window. All you have to do now is watch (and maybe help a little).To begin, use Anakin and press the Attack Button on the blue Jedi insignia.
